NETWORK DETAILS
Get In Space's network consists of a multi node dark fiber ring. The
ring connects our facilities redundantly to other large data centers
such as 60 Hudson, 25 Broadway, 111 8Th, 165 Halsey and others.
DWDM gear is used to allow the expansion of the ring to facilitate
our capacity. Atop the DWDM gear sits a Layer3 network between
our routers which run MPLS. This setup to connect to carriers and
provide the best possible routes out to our customers. Get In Space
receives transit routes from Global Crossings, Level3, Teleglobe,
Telia. In addition to our transit, we connect to multiple peering
fabrics which allow us to directly connect to carriers and bypass
the 'Internet'. Users who are connected to these carriers or ISPs
would have a direct connection to Get In Space. Some of these carriers
are Rogers cable, Shaw cable, Optimum online, British telecom,
France telecome, etc, we have over 150 of such type connections.
The fabrics we participate in are NYIIX, Equinix, XchangePoint,
and AMS-IX (The largest type fabric in the world). The network
within our data center consists of multiple edge routers, which
link the data center to our network backbone. The edge routers
also connect to local transit providers in the building. The edge
